Carlos has advised companies and government entities in matters related with competition law, data protection, administrative law, constitutional law, economic regulation, and consumer law. His experience includes representing and advising in antitrust investigations, competition in public procurement, merger control, compliance programs, unfair competition, sectorial regulation (pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and telecommunications), supply chain contracts, consumer protection, and privacy and data protection.
